How do I change the devices on which I access the UpToDate App?

Answer

UpToDate allows their app to be installed on up to two mobile devices for each account. Users can move their UpToDate app to a different mobile device at any time by following one of the two methods outlined below:

Mobile Device Website
  1. Tap on the Menu icon in the top right corner of the screen
  2. Tap on Settings > Account > Manage My Devices
  3. Click "Unlink" on the device you wish to remove from your account
  4. Users can now download the UpToDate App on a new device and log in to access content
  1. Click on the dropdown next to your name in the top menu bar
  2. Click on My Account and scroll down to Manage Devices
  3. Click "Deactivate" next to the device you wish to remove from your account
  4. Users can now download the UpToDate App on a new device and log in to access content
